Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each Gunnison County request according to the record needed:
- Future setting: use the Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search, then confirm conflicts with the clerk
- Register of Action: use an authorized vendor for current reference data or request the official ROA from the court
- Filed paper: name the complaint, order, judgment, ticket, or other document on the Judicial Record/Document Request Form
- Certified copy: request certification from the Clerk of Court that holds the source file
